Set amidst olive groves and gently rolling gardens, Villa Anatra is an exclusive private villa with easy access to renowned artistic and historical cities like Florence, Siena, Cortona, Assisi, Montepulciano, and Chianti. The villa has been lovingly restored, retaining its original features like terracotta floors, stone-framed casements, wooden beams, and brick ceilings.
The interior decor showcases antique furniture and exquisite materials. The property has two swimming pools: an indoor pool equipped with heating, hydromassage, and a sauna, and an outdoor pool accessed via a Roman-style staircase. The outdoor pool is enclosed and surrounded by well-maintained gardens, providing a beautiful backdrop for relaxing in the shade of a gazebo. The villa also has a loggia equipped with sliding glass windows, allowing for the use of air conditioning during the warmest evenings.
Accommodation
Villa Anatra boasts nine bedrooms, each individual. Some of the suites come with a sitting area, a fireplace, and a luxurious hydromassage bathtub. All accommodations provide amenities such as air conditioning, hairdryers, satellite TV, a safe, and internet access.
Ground Floor
The entryway leads to a welcoming lounge featuring a fireplace and a well-stocked bar. Adjacent to this area is the dining room and a contemporary, fully-equipped professional kitchen. A glass-enclosed veranda offers panoramic views, while the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine. There is one bathroom with a toilet and hand basin, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, and a cozy sitting room with a sofa bed and French windows. Additionally, an indoor pool with hydromassage features its own bathroom with a shower.
First Floor
Access to this area can be obtained either via an internal staircase or by using the elevator. On this floor, there are two suites, each consisting of a double bedroom, a cozy sitting room with a fireplace, and an attached ensuite bathroom featuring a relaxing hydromassage bath. Additionally, there is one double bedroom with its sitting room, fireplace, and ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Furthermore, there are four double bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.
Second Floor
On the second floor, you'll find one double bedroom tucked away in the attic, complete with its ensuite bathroom that includes a shower. Please note that the lowest part of the ceilings in the bedroom and bathroom measures 180 centimeters.

If you have any questions or would like help choosing, we visit our properties regularly and can help you choose and book the best villa for your holidays.
We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel. You can also add "XCover" to your booking for a full refund if you can't travel.

Worth knowing
Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
