Villa Seicento, located at the base of the "Noble Hills," about 9 kilometers northeast of the fortified city of Lucca, was originally constructed in 1650. Later acquired by the Buldrini family, the villa underwent restoration, preserving key architectural elements such as the two-level entrance staircase, stone balustrade, columns on the main facade, and a three-arched lodge facing the rear.

The property has a private park with centuries-old trees, vibrant Mediterranean flora, and a fruit orchard. A picturesque rose gallery stretches along one side of the garden, extending from the pool area to the lemon houses featuring ping pong and billiard table, and a kitchen for cooking lessons and hosting pizza parties.
