Villa Dioneo is a 16th century Florentine Villa, recently restored to contemporary glory with great sensitivity and good taste.
Today it's a beautiful residence with space for 18 guests, a private salt-water swimming pool that can be heated, a gym and sauna, and with generous living space overlooking a classical Tuscan landscape. Close to Florence, and within easy reach of Siena, Arezzo, Montepulciano and Chianti, it's also a mere stone's throw away from "the Mall", a famous outlet for famous Italian brands.

This 16th century Tuscan villa has been carefully renovated with great attention to detail; the furnishings are in a classical style, and the delicate colours give a particularly relaxing atmosphere. The main building is a treasure trove of small details that give the house a particular charm.
The entrance to the main villa is onto a large and elegant dining room for 18 guests, adjacent to a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking lessons and catering if required. Upstairs, the bedrooms are all elegant and comfortable, equipped with internet, safe, minibar, satellite-tv and air conditioning, and all with views on the Tuscan countryside. There are 5 double bedrooms with ensuite shower-rooms. 2 of the doubles can be made up as twins, while another can be made up as a triple.
Facing the main villa is the a smaller building with 3 bedrooms. The decor here shifts to something more light and modern, with light pastel colours, white oak parquet and the white beams. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which can be split into twin beds. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. Upstairs there is one double with a small single attached, ideal for a young family.

We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel.

Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
