Villa Nuoto 12

Restored according to the owners distinctive taste, Villa Nuoto is a fusion of contemporary conveniences and Tuscan tradition. Every detail of the house has been carefully crafted to a high standard, from the antique oak wooden floors to the hand-painted tiles, artworks and one-of-a-kind pieces discovered in local antique markets.

Ground Floor

The entrance leads to a spacious kitchen equipped with modern amenities such as a stove, freezer fridge, dishwasher, toaster, mixer, American coffee machine, microwave oven, and a large fireplace with a grill. In front of a glass door, framed by a wooden arch, there is a substantial wooden dining table that comfortably accommodates 12 people. This area opens onto a 30 sqm patio boasting a splendid view.

Balcony

Accessed via a narrow spiral cast iron staircase, this balcony has a maximum height of 2 meters and a minimum height of 1.40 meters. It features a double French bed suitable for children. Three steps above the kitchen level, there is a lounge room with a fireplace and a billiard table. Another three steps lead to a small area, which connects to a double bedroom (convertible to twin beds) with a private bathroom and a shower. To the left of the kitchen, three steps up, there's a small, enclosed veranda – a magical space suitable for all seasons. It's perfect for reading a book and enjoying a glass of Brunello wine while being outside and surrounded by the aromatic herbs of the garden. There is also an entrance to a spacious sitting room with a large fireplace, comfortable sofas, a library with an extensive book collection, stereo, and a TV with a DVD player. Adjacent to the sitting room, there's a compact kitchen equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave oven. A separate sitting room with a TV and a library is also found in this area. Additionally, there's a double bedroom (which can be configured as twin beds) with access to the outdoors and a bathroom featuring a double shower (measuring 210x75 cm).

First Floor

This floor is accessible both from the inside and outside via an external staircase. There is a double bedroom featuring a large round hydromassage tub with a diameter of 175 cm. It has a private bathroom with a shower. Another private bedroom includes a double shower measuring 150 x 90 cm and is not accessible from the outside. A third double bedroom features an antique iron bed and a chest of drawers that was formerly used as a shop window. This bedroom is equipped with a bathroom featuring hydromassage. It's worth noting that this is the only bedroom on this floor with a separate bathroom.
