Villa Rocca spans 300 m2 (or 360 square yards) across three levels. The front door leads to a spacious open-plan lounge/dining area. The living room features a working fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a CD player stereo system. Adjacent to it, the dining area accommodates up to eight guests with its square table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, and a charming antique table. A guest bathroom is conveniently situated just off the kitchen. French windows from the living room open onto the panoramic terrace and the swimming pool area.
A staircase consisting of 16 steps leads to the second floor, where two bedrooms are located. One bedroom offers a double bed along with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower. The second bedroom also features a double bed and boasts an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Both bedrooms enjoy south-facing windows overlooking the garden. Additionally, on this floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom is on the third floor, with direct access to a private terrace and the rear upper garden. Its luxurious bath suite boasts a large Vicenza stone tub measuring 1.58 x 76, along with a separate shower. You can enjoy wonderful views from the bath while lying among the bubbles.

Villa Rocca is conveniently located within a 20-minute walk or five-minute drive from Asolo, a town renowned for its historical landmarks, scenic beauty and medieval charm.
Guests shouldn't miss visiting the Palladian villa of Villa Barbaro, also known as the Villa di Maser, designed and built by the Italian Renaissance architect Andrea Palladio, with frescos by Paolo Veronese and sculptures by Alessandro Vittoria.

Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
