The villa is also within easy reach of the art cities of Treviso, Padova, and Vicenza, as well as the wonderful Palladian villas dotted around the area, and of course, "La Serenissima" herself, Venice.
Set in gardens spanning 5 hectares (12 acres), the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It seamlessly combines modern comforts like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and central heating with elegant furnishings.

Accommodation
Villa Rocca spans 300 m2 (or 360 square yards) across three levels. The front door leads to a spacious open-plan lounge/dining area. The living room features a working fireplace, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and a CD player stereo system. Adjacent to it, the dining area accommodates up to eight guests with its square table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, oven, and a charming antique table. A guest bathroom is conveniently situated just off the kitchen. French windows from the living room open onto the panoramic terrace and the swimming pool area.
A staircase consisting of 16 steps leads to the second floor, where two bedrooms are located. One bedroom offers a double bed along with an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, on this floor, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom is on the third floor, with direct access to a private terrace and the rear upper garden. Its luxurious bath suite boasts a large Vicenza stone tub measuring 1.58 x 76, along with a separate shower. You can enjoy wonderful views from the bath while lying among the bubbles.

For availability and pricing see the calendar above. To book online click on your desired arrival date, then on the departure date. The calendar will grey out dates for stay lengths that are not accepted - most villas book Sat to Sat but many also allow shorter stays or odd dates.
If you have any questions or would like help choosing, we visit our properties regularly and can help you select the best villa for your holidays.
We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel.
Easy cancellation
Simply add "XCover" to your booking for a full refund if you can't travel. For more details see our Booking Conditions and XCover. If you simply need to change your dates please let us know: we can often modify your booking rather than cancelling outright.
Worth knowing
Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
