Villa Chiara is a contemporary villa at the foot of the hills of Northern Tuscany, close to the natural hot springs of Monsummano Terme. The position is ideally placed for visiting Florence, Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano and more, with easy access to the elegant beaches of Versilia too. Spacious and well-appointed, it has five ensuite double bedrooms, three of which have an extra single-bed, so the house sleeps 10 to 13 guests.
The villa is set in its own private garden with views of the mountains and of the old fortified village of Montecatini Alto, still perched up on its strategic hilltop. The private swimming pool is an 'L' shape, with the main body at 11 x 7 metres plus an extra section of 4 x 5 mt, depth 1.4 to 1.55 mt, with shaded. furnished areas for relaxing. As a further delight, the house also has a large jacuzzi, a sauna, turkish bath and a gym, making this villa perfect for utter relaxation.
The nearest town is 1.5km away and has a supermarket, pharmacy,post office, caffe’, bank and is only a short walk away if you'd like to walk to a pizzeria or restaurant in the evening. For sports lovers, there is an 18 hole golf course “La Pievaccia” 2 kms away, and a tennis club as well.

Accommodation
The villa can sleep 13 people on two floors. It has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, and some of the double bedrooms can have single beds added to them - they are all spacious and so are the bathrooms.
Ground Floor
The main space on the ground floor is a large living-room, dining area, and kitchen, all flooded with light; it opens out onto a shaded outdoor area ideal for al-fresco dining. Also on the ground floor, facing towards the swimming pool, is a very well-equipped sauna area, with a large and deep Jacuzzi, heated recliners, a sauna and a turkish bath. This area is served by 2 changing rooms with WC and showers and a bathroom with WC, basin which can be used also by handicapped/eldery people near to the lounge room. This area is a perfect place to relax after a day exploring the hill towns and museums of Tuscany.
The ground floor also has a double en-suite bedroom, wheelchair accessible, with a double bed, flat satellite tv, ensuite bathroom (with shower and access for disabled) plus private access to the garden. Lastly, the ground floor also houses a laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes line.
First Floor
From the living room an open staircase leads up to the first floor where you will find 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with private bathroom with shower, Sat. Tv. Three of the bedrooms also have a single bed. Finally, there is a gym room (flat bench, barbells with weights, dumbbells, pull-up bar, TRX, anklets weights, sliders) with TV. This area is only reachable by a lift from the spa.

If you have any questions or would like help choosing, we visit our properties regularly and can help you select the best villa for your holidays.
We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel.
Easy cancellation

Worth knowing
Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
