Villa Panfilo is a splendid villa in the hills near Pistoia, surrounded by its own 45-acre park adorned with olive groves and fruit trees, creating a perfect setting for leisurely strolls amidst lush greenery.
The villa is well-equipped with a gazebo, barbecue, and a swimming pool complete with a changing room, fridge, toilet, and an outdoor solar shower. The lounge area provides a delightful spot to sip on an aperitif while taking in the stunning view. The garden is well-maintained and features aromatic plants and charming rose gardens, adding to the overall allure of the property.
Accommodation
Villa Panfilo spans an impressive 450 square meter. The house has been thoughtfully designed and furnished in a classical style, combining refinement with comfort to create an atmosphere where guests can truly feel at home.
Ground Floor
As you step through the main entrance on the ground floor, you'll find yourself in a spacious lounge area. This room offers direct access to a veranda through sliding glass doors, providing a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The lounge is thoughtfully appointed with comfortable sofas, a fireplace, elegant carpets, a dining table, and air conditioning. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll discover a bathroom equipped with a shower and a staircase leading to a balcony, which also features air conditioning and a double bed.
Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a second living area adorned with rustic furniture, including armchairs, a fireplace, and a dining table with chairs. Right next to this living space, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an electric stove, microwave, wooden stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and a wooden dining table. There's also a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The bedrooms feature air conditioning, exposed beams, and pastel-coloured walls. There is one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. Another double bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub and has access to the outside. This space then leads to an additional bedroom with two single beds.
First Floor
This area is accessible from both the inside and outside of the villa. It includes a kitchen equipped with four stovetops, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher. There's also a lounge room with a kitchen area, a fireplace (functional), and a piano. In this section, you'll find a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, as well as a room with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. Additionally, there's another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom equipped with a shower. All the bedrooms in this area are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

For availability and pricing see the calendar above. To book online click on your desired arrival date, then on the departure date. The calendar will grey out dates for stay lengths that are not accepted - most villas book Sat to Sat but many also allow shorter stays or odd dates.
If you have any questions or would like help choosing, we visit our properties regularly and can help you select the best villa for your holidays.
We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel.
Easy cancellation

If you simply need to change your dates please let us know: we can often modify your booking rather than cancelling outright.
Worth knowing
Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
