Villa Ponte is a remarkable property, surrounded by serene Italianate gardens with a freshwater brook that feeds into two small lakes. These gardens, graced by cypress trees and lemon groves, provide a picturesque setting for the villa's private swimming pool and two remarkable outdoor dining areas. One is positioned in front of the villa, offering views of the private lake, while the other is nestled in the Italian garden at the back, providing vistas of the surrounding area. Additionally, the villa features a jasmine covered gazebo equipped with a table and chairs, creating an ideal setting for enjoying a refreshing aperitif.
Accommodation
Ponte features an exquisite blend of beautifully frescoed rooms and modern amenities. The indoor facilities include elegant living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, and leisure rooms with a football table and a piano. The villa offers seven elegant bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and a bathtub equipped with a Jacuzzi for added luxury.
Lower floor
The lower floor is equipped with a dining room featuring a wood-burning oven and two tables that can accommodate up to 16 people. Additionally, there is a lounge room, a kitchen with a table for six, a laundry room, and two bathrooms.
Ground Floor
The ground floor offers a sitting room with a TV, a dining room that can seat 14 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a larder, and additional bathrooms for your convenience.
First Floor
The first floor features a music room with a grand piano and a balcony with views over the garden and the pond, a bathroom with Jacuzzi, a lounge area with access to the outdoors, and a small kitchen. This floor is also home to three luxurious double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a shower. Two of these bedrooms share a spacious walk-in closet.
Second Floor
On the second floor of the villa, you'll find a small kitchen, a sitting room, and a bathroom. Additionally, there are four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower. Two of these bedrooms feature single beds, while the other two have double beds. One of the double bed bedrooms has a staircase leading to the attic, and its bathroom doesn't have a window.

For availability and pricing see the calendar above. To book online simply click on your desired arrival date, then on the departure date. The calendar will grey out dates for stay lengths that are not accepted - most villas book Sat to Sat but many also allow shorter stays or odd dates.
If you have any questions or would like help choosing, we visit our properties regularly and can help you choose and book the best villa for your holidays.
We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel. You can also add "XCover" to your booking for a full refund if you can't travel.

Worth knowing
Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
