Built in the 1970s, Ispirata is a modernist villa with some unique features, like the expansive floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors with panoramic views of the lake and mountains. The villa has outdoor and indoor swimming pools, with the outdoor pool extending gracefully over Lake Maggiore. Indoors, guests can enjoy amenities like a Jacuzzi system, sauna, wellness shower with chromotherapy, and a fitness room.

The first floor of the villa features two bedrooms furnished with double beds (180 cm x 200 cm and 160 cm x 200 cm) and three bathrooms, one equipped with a shower and the other two with a bathtub. Additionally, it has a spacious kitchen, a generously sized living room with a dining area and lake views. Adjacent to these spaces is a smaller bedroom featuring a single bed (80 cm x 195 cm), available upon request only. All bedrooms on this floor are equipped with air conditioning for added comfort.
Descending to the lower level, guests will find a suite measuring 63 square meters, furnished with a circular double bed (210 cm x 180 cm), fireplace, TV, and an indoor hot tub featuring a Jacuzzi hydro massage system. This suite also includes a chromotherapy shower and large glass sliding doors overlooking the lake. Additionally, there is a twin/double air-conditioned bedroom (90 cm x 200 cm) featuring a sauna and an adjoining bathroom equipped with a shower.
The Lake Maggiore region stands out as one of Italy's greenest areas, with several national parks including Val Grande National Park, renowned as Italy's largest wilderness expanse. Other notable natural reserves in the vicinity include the Alpe Veglia and Devero Regional Park, as well as the Wildlife Oasis of Macugnaga, nestled on the lower slopes of Monte Rosa.
Along the Lombard shore of Lake Maggiore, charming towns such as Sesto Calende, Angera, Santa Caterina del Sasso, Laveno, Luino, and Maccagno dot the landscape, each offering unique natural or architectural attractions typical of lakeside communities. We can hold dates for you for 48 hours while you make sure everything lines up, then you simply pay the deposit (30% of total) to secure your booking. The balance will then be due 10 weeks before you travel.

Many local administrations now charge a “Tourist Tax” for people staying in rented accommodation and these vary from town to town. The charges are generally per person per night with a maximum number of nights, usually around 5 but sometimes 7, beyond which they will not charge. The charges range between 50 cents to 5 euro. Children are sometimes included, sometimes not and these charges should be collected by the property owners.
