Last week I went to the “Ristorante Pizzeria Le Grazie”, just outside Colle Val d’Elsa and had a fantastic meal! As is sometimes the case with good Italian eateries, this one is hidden away in an ugly modern building just on the outskirts of Colle val d’Elsa. Every time I approach it my heart sinks slightly, yet once I sit down and see the menu and the Veeeery good wine list, my spirits lift again, and by the end of the evening I’m positively soaring! They are excellent on fish, and won’t let you down on local favourites like wild boar and Porcini mushrooms either… here’s the link:
