Booking Checklist.

  1. Select the properties you would like from the brochure or website.

  3. On the website, the menu to your right allows you to search through our properties by type, size, area and swimming options. The top menu also allows you to browse through all the properties alphabetically, through more complete descriptions of the areas and of the types. The website will remember which properties you have visited, and you can make your own list by clicking on the 'remember this property' icon at the top of every house description.
  4. Contact an agent and discuss your choices or requirements. All our agents visit the properties, and can give you personal, up to date information on what would best suit you. The reason we don't support online booking is that we still believe that only a personal approach can ensure that you rent the property most suitable to you!
  5. Once availability is confirmed you will receive a Booking Reference Number .
  6. Fill in the Booking Form and send it to your agent with the required deposit .
  7. Your receipt and invoice will be the confirmation of your contract with the property owner.
  8. The balance is due ten weeks before your holiday is due to start.
Useful information about booking holidays with Invitation to Tuscany
  1. Checking in time is between 5 and 8 pm
  2. Checking out time is before 10am
  3. Travel insurance is a condition of booking
  4. Cancellation less than 10 weeks before your holiday will incur forfeiture of the whole amount.
  5. Cancellation more the 10 weeks before your holiday will incur forfeiture of the deposit.
