How to book and pay
Please call us on +44 (0)20 8444 9500 or contact a local agent who will book the car for you. You will pay a booking fee and the remaining cost in euro when you collect the car. Any extras, additional insurances, etc, must be paid to the car hire company upon collection of the car.
Inclusions and exclusions
Price includes unlimited mileage, CDP and TP. CDP excess on this car is € 1300. TP excess is € 2600
Other car makes and models may be offered, such as VW Caravelle.
Extras: Snow chains and ski racks € 45.60, infant and baby seats: € 45.60. € 12.00 Tom Tom navigation system NB. Front seats for infants up to nine months old, and rear baby seats for children up to four years old, are obligatory in Italy. (Please be sure to book these when booking your car to avoid a long wait for them to be fitted when you arrive).
Additional Drivers: € 2,16 per day, 15 days maximum charge (€ 15 euro per day for drivers 18/24 years, 10 days maximum charge)
Refueling: € 18 + Tax and cost of missing fuel.
One Way: € 46,80 per rental will apply if cars are returned to a different city.
CDW and TP: Although CDW and TW are included in these rates, customers will remain responsible in the case of collision for up to 900 € for small cars for groups B & T, 1,500 € for larger cars. In the case of theft, these charges are 1,700 €uro for groups B & T and 1,700 ?uro for groups W & L and 2,700 €uro for all other groups. Super CDW: For Economy car groups (ETMR excluded) the amount of € 13.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 11.00 applies for 6-18 days rentals For all the other groups the amount of € 14.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 12.00 applies for 6-18 days rentals Super TW: For Economy car groups (ETMR excluded) the amount of € 10.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 8.50 applies for 6-18 days rentals For all other groups the amount of € 12.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 10.00 applies for 6-18 days rentals SLDW (prices per day): For Economy car groups (ETMR excluded) the amount of € 20.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 17.00 applies for 6-18 days rentals For all the other groups the amount of € 24.00 applies up to 5 days, and a new charge of € 20.50 applies for 6-18 days rentals
Rates include unlimited mileage, Third Party Liability (Collision Damage Waiver-CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges, VAT and Mandatory road tax. The CDW and Theft Waiver insurance included carries an excess charge as listed. You can avoid this excess if you choose, by buying extra insurance cover direct from EuropCar when collecting your car. This insurance, once signed for, is not refundable when you return the car.
